4. Health Information and Provider Sharing

Wear-time data is shared with the treating provider or clinical team you connect within the App. We only share this data with the specific provider(s) you authorize, not with providers generally. You can review or revoke provider access from within the App's account settings.

Green Sun Medical is not a healthcare provider or health plan. Depending on your provider's own systems and agreements, data shared through the App may or may not be subject to HIPAA once it reaches your provider's records. This section requires confirmation from legal counsel based on Green Sun Medical's actual data flows and any business associate arrangements in place.

5. Children's Privacy

The Whisper Brace is used by adolescent patients, but App accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A parent or guardian may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us at the email below.
